EDUCATION AND SAFETY TRAINING
Safety training and education is an OSHA requirement. Training is required for new employees, any time new equipment or processes are introduced, when revising or updating organization procedures, and when new or unexpected hazards have been identified in the workplace. An effective training program begins with proper job training, includes accident prevention, occupational safety and health hazard awareness, and loss control. When employees are properly educated and trained, they perform safely. Employees with longer tenure also need education and training so that they have the same information about new equipment, products, and changing organizational policies that new employees receive.

We will make recommendations to employers, based on our findings, that may involve engineering controls (safety features and systems, fail safe features, barriers, and other forms of protection), administrative controls (plans, policies, procedures, training, etc.), or personal protective equipment (PPE).
Our staff remains current in new technologies; and keeps up with current changes in Federal, State, and local safety standards and regulations.
SAFETY PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
While there are many "fill in the blank" Injury and Illness Prevention Programs (IIPP) programs out there, Cal-OSHA, as well as Federal OSHA, has repeatedly confirmed that your IIPP/Safety Program must be specific to your industry, location and processes. In addition, the IIPP is the one tool that can pull your entire safety program together. We can development a Bilingual safety program so that all employees know you are fully committed in providing a safe work place for all.
